Originally from Southern California, I am an ASU W.P. Carey School of Business Graduate. Going on 8 years in the Employee Benefits Industry. As agency lead, I assist with everything but am an expert in Benefit Administration Technology, Complex Case Implementation, Enrollment Experience, Strategy, & Carrier Relations. I live my best life in the West Valley with my wife and three sons, Ben, Dylan, and Logan.

Hola! I’m Ana, I have 20 years of experience in voluntary Benefits, billing, customer service, claims, and translations. I enjoy working with clients, but what I like the most is helping policyholders with the process of claims and/or educating them on their benefits. When I’m not working, I love being with my family and spending quality time with them, such as doing road trips together or enjoying a homemade meal at home. Being at Helpful gives me the opportunity to continue doing what I like and allows me to spend time with my family.

I moved to the Valley in 2018 and am originally from Chicago. I graduated from Northern Illinois University with a major in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in communications. Hi, I am Veronica. I am a minority, Hispanic, divorced, single mother of 4 great kids that grew up in bilingual culture. I started my working career as a Diplomat in the year 2000. I was in charge of protecting and educating our migrants on their rights, education, Health Programs and the resources available for them to be able to assimilate into the new culture. I became very sensitive to the differences in Health and educational Programs between our 2 countries and the importance to close the learning gap. I went on to become a Financial Advisor, Legal Translator and Board Member of different Organizations. I started having lots of health problems when I developed a rare syndrome. I experienced in my own skin, how difficult it is to navigate the world of Benefits, billing and claims. I switched careers and It became my goal to guide others and help them understand how to best use of their Benefits at the lowest cost possible. I do this from my heart and I have never regrated moving in this direction. I love my Job!
